Jason has over 25 years’ experience across a number of industry sectors including Retail, Healthcare and Financial Services. He has gained extensive experience running practice-based allied healthcare businesses including his most recent role as CEO & Executive Director of National Optical Care, which he led from start up to the fastest growing Optometry practice group in the industry.

Jason also held the role of Managing Director Australia and New Zealand with Hearing Healthcare Company Oticon Australia, which he grew to over 600 staff across its network of 180 clinics.

Alex started his career in professional services at PwC in the UK, before relocating to Melbourne with Deloitte in 2017. He has over 10 years of experience working in finance and M&A focussing on SMEs and private equity, and has worked with a variety of healthcare clients (including CSL, Ansell, Zenitas Healthcare, Capitol Health, plus foster care, aged care, and autistic healthcare providers).

Prior to joining KLD, Alex was the CFO of a technology-enabled events company, that successfully raised VC funding, expanded internationally, and completed acquisitions.

Alex leads the Finance Function, as well as Shared Services (IT, Data Management, Leasing, and legal), Risk Management, and M&A activity.

Kerrie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership through 30 years’ experience in Corporate and Private Healthcare.

Kerrie has extensive knowledge in multi-site operations, change management and coordination of multiple projects and initiatives.

Previous roles include Practice Integration Manager AU & NZ, and Practice Development Manager VIC & TAS at Bupa Dental Care where she has demonstrated success in driving revenue, team productivity and business growth.

Kerrie’s role is to provide support to all practices, executing strategic planning to develop people and delivery, for business growth.

Morris is a dedicated dentist with a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. As the Head of Clinical Services, he brings extensive experience and a passion for advancing oral health. He has a particular interest in digital dentistry and is keen on sharing his knowledge to benefit the broader dental community. Morris also values education and is focused on mentoring dental professionals to help them succeed in their careers.

Through his leadership, Morris works to enhance patient care and support the ongoing development of clinical services.

Carolyn is a recognised specialist in dental marketing with over 15 years of expertise in the dental industry. She founded and successfully managed her own multi-award-winning dental marketing agency for over a decade, authored the highly acclaimed book “Fully Booked: Dental Marketing Secrets for a Full Appointment Book”, and was the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience for Bupa Dental Corporation. Carolyn was also honoured with the prestigious 2018 “ADIA Dental Professional of the Year Award”, highlighting her dedication and expertise in the field. Carolyn has a comprehensive understanding of the dental industry’s dynamics.

As the Head of Marketing at Kikada Dental Group, she brings a wealth of expertise in driving patient growth, increasing market share, and enhancing brand reputation.

With a broad background in People & Culture leadership and consulting roles across multiple industries, including Health, Biotech, Information Technology, Professional Services and Construction, Jen joins us as the Head of People & Culture. Jen holds a Graduate Diploma of Business, HRM; and a Bachelor of Education.

In the role of Head of People & Culture, Jen is responsible for the end-to-end people experience. By ensuring the Values underpin everything we do, Jen is keen to make a difference by assisting to build an inclusive culture where our people continue to be engaged, learn, and contribute meaningfully to our growth.
