Ingrid Williams

Chairperson

Ingrid is an experienced board chair and has held various board roles for nearly 20 years.

Ingrid is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and INSEAD.

Ingrid has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the health services sector and has held senior executive roles in both public and private hospitals. She has been the CEO and business owner of aged care businesses and is currently the managing director of her advisory consulting business, supporting the health and aged care sector across Australia.

Ingrid has a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA), a Bachelor of Educational Studies and a Diploma of Business.


Peter Nathan

Non-Executive Director

Peter was one of the three core founders of the a2 Milk Company, which grew from sales of $7m to $1.3B as the brand was globalised during his leadership over his 14-year tenure.

His most recent position before resigning from the Company was CEO Asia Pacific.

Prior to that role, Peter held senior marketing and sales roles for Gillette and Colgate Palmolive in Australia and Asia, as well as his involvement with Freedom Foods Group Limited as General Manager.

Peter’s interests are in the development of high growth companies.


Frederick Charette

Non-Executive Director

Fred is the Head of Portfolio & Talent at the Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF). Fred joined ABGF after building the global direct private equity investing arm of CDPQ, Canada’s second largest asset manager. A former McKinsey consultant, he was also a founding shareholder and COO of Daisee, an artificial intelligence startup. He is a member of ABGF’s investment committee.

Fred’s functional expertise centers around organisational performance, business culture, talent and leadership. His background covers a variety of sectors including retail, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing and technology. Fred completed a post-doctorate in Law and Economics at UC Berkeley.
