What are the next steps


You have dedicated a lot of time building up your practice and reputation, and we appreciate that there are a lot of factors for you to consider when selling your practice. We will spend time getting to know you, your practice, your goals, and your future plans. We will also give you a sense of who we are, what makes us different, and share our approach to supporting practice owners achieve their goals.

It is very likely that you will have questions since we last caught up and we may also want to clarify some points with you. We will spend some time understanding the things that would be most important to you in selling your practice or entering into a partnership with us. We will then agree on whether to proceed to an obligation-free valuation of your practice.

We will sign a non-disclosure agreement and request some information that will enable us to undertake a valuation of your practice. We will then discuss with you a set of commercial terms to buy your practice.

We will go through a structured process of validating all of the information provided to us and complete our final checks prior to making the offer unconditional.

We will settle the financial aspects of the sale and transition the practice and team across to our growing Kikada Dental Group practice community.
